Form Cues

Place a decline bench centered between the two cable towers.

Set both pulleys at a height slightly below the bench level and attach a D-handle to each.

Secure your legs in the decline bench leg pads and lie back.

Start with a handle in each hand at lower chest level, palms facing forward.

Press both handles up and slightly inward until arms are extended above your lower chest.

Squeeze the lower chest at the top.

Lower with control back to lower chest level, feeling a stretch across the sternal pecs.

The decline angle plus cable tension provides a strong stimulus for the lower chest.

Keep shoulder blades retracted into the bench.
