  • Adjust the seat and handles to your height

  • Keep your feet planted on the floor

  • Engage your core and keep your back flat against the pad

  • Push the handles away from your chest, keeping your elbows in line with your shoulders

  • Slowly lower the handles back towards your chest

  • Avoid locking out your elbows at the top of the motion
