Form Cues

  • Retract shoulder blades actively into bench and maintain the whole time

  • Make sure to use reasonable decline of 15°-30°

  • Lower weight to your lower chest/ top abdominals

  • Avoid the elbows flaring our excessively

  • Use full range and extend arms at the top completely

  • Lower slowly with control
